It shall be the purpose
of this ministry to develop within the membership an understanding of
the full meaning of Christian stewardship and direct the financial
programs of the church. The team shall:
Be responsible to keep the congregation aware of
its stewardship responsibilities and obligations
Promote stewardship education and supervise the
preparation of the church budget
Keep accurate records, and provide an audit of the
records as needed
Provide periodic reports to the congregation of
personal giving, financial condition of the church, and budget progress
Formulate programs to encourage the congregation in
stewardship
Provide monthly financial reports
Responsible for the formulation of the total annual
church budget
